3 Pack of Premium Crystal Clear Screen Protectors for HTC Droid Incredible

The protector comes with 2 tabs for easy tear off – and this works fine. But you can’t get the sticker off the protector sheet! It leaves a mess – like you get when you take a sticker off the glass of a picture frame. I’m going to buy this item directly from Verizon.
I think these things work great. They’re cheap, and exactly what I was looking for. They go on easy, and do a good job of protecting the screen.
I think the negative reviews on this product stem from a misunderstanding on how to install the protector. It comes with thin films on BOTH sides. You use the attached stickers to peel the films off. Here’s how I did it to ensure a bubble free installation:
1. Wipe screen down with mild cleaner and paper towel, I used diluted Simple Green. Rubbing alcohol would also work. This is if you already have oily finger prints on the screen.
2. Wipe screen down with included lint free cloth to remove all dust particles.
3. Peel away first film layer (you can partially peel it away to aid in placement – I just peeled the whole thing off).
4. Apply on to screen starting from one edge (if placement is off, just lift and retry, it doesn’t affect the cling).
5. Squeeze out any bubbles (there weren’t any when I did mine).
6. The remaining sticker is attached to the second film. Use the sticker as a handle and peel the whole film off.
The size and shape of the protector is perfect. It leaves less than 1mm gap to the edges of the screen all around. It’s also perfectly clear and doesn’t affect the output of the screen at all. It also doesn’t affect the tactile feedback of selecting or swiping the screen.
The package comes with three protectors, each individually placed in a clear envelope. Even if it was priced at $20 like some other big brands, it would be worth it.
does what it says, much more affordable than the verizon store product, which is the exact same thing.
Out of the pack of 3 that I received, not one of them was usable. Like a previous reviewer, I had a problem with the gummy residue from the sticker “tab” that is supposed to help you peel the screen protector off. The screen protector itself is applied to a plastic backing. The backing has a sticker tab attached to it and the screen protector has a sticker tab attached to it. These help you pull the screen protector off of the backing and apply it to the screen. However, the sticker will not come off of the protector without leaving a tell-tale gummy residue. I used a similar type of screen protector for my iPad; however, those had the screen protector sandwiched between two other layers for protection, and it was only the outside layers that had the sticker tabs on them. Possibly these protectors are supposed to be like that and are missing the third layer? To add insult to injury, each of the 3 packs was also missing the “provided installation card” that you use to get rid of bubbles.
